They keep harrasing my 87 year old partially sighted Mother in Law. Absolutely terrified now to answer phone. Lived in the house for over 50years. Lived in the street her whole life. They wont listen that shes doesnt know the person they are asking for. Its being going on now for over a year. Shame on you Financial Recovery Services Bolton BL6 6PG. I hope you all rot in hell

When they initially called asking to speak to Mr W R, I told them he didn't live here, and then they asked me to confirm my telephone number and address, of which I replied a stern ‘NO’. The person on the other end got irate and forceful in his voice, to say the least, but I kept my cool and played with him a little more, asking him who he worked for and why it was they didn't have the telephone number displayed on their office telephone. He got hotter under the collar and asked me who I was, of course I didn't tell him, “he called me I didn’t call him”. He hung up.

Because I haven't got anything better to do, I answer the countless calls from this company, as they come in, sometimes two a day. Some calls in a space of 15 mins. I converse with them in a time-consuming way. Sad I know, but it increases their telephone bill, and like I said, I had nothing better to do at the time.

The last time they called on 5 Jan 2014, whilst I was in, I told them the person didn't live here, as I did on all the other occasions and this time the caller said that he will remove my number from the list, as they have said on all the previous occasions. I’ll await their call tomorrow.

However, I have now installed a BT 6500 phone that can block calls at my will, so if they don't comply and I get bored with them, I will put them on my Number Blocked List.
