April Walker called me claiming to be from Loans Business UK.

As I am really short of cash right now, desperation took over common sense, and I went through my details with her. I was also trying to get the kids ready and through the door whilst talking to her.

She sounded so professional and like someone from a reputable company. So I went with it.

Provided my banks details and she checked them and said "Are there funds in my account because if there are this will ensure you accepted for the loan." ( I did not think nothing of this because I am aware that some companies do £1 test on your account and Take the £1 and put it back straight away.)

The Scam:
She repeatedly asked me if my account always had roughly £20 to £30 in it and I said yes,but at the moment there would not be funds in my account as bills had been paid, however money would be in there by 1.pm So call me in an hour or so.

When she called back, during our conversation, I repeatedly asked her if any money would be taken out? She repeatedly said no. Her exact words were "Not a single penny would be leaving your account!"

But when I checked my account 30 mins after speaking to her £30.00 had been debited..

Put down the phone if April Walker from Loans Business UK calls you!

The other numbers she gave me to get in touch with her directly and Loans Business UK were:

08725630114 and 02477360000.

These numbers do not work.

I have contacted my bank to report my card lost/stolen so that I can receive a new card with a new 3 digit security number, to fully ensure no further payments are taken from my account.

I've definitely learned so many lessons from this experience.
