23/01/2014	Here they said they were "UK Helpline" and told me that I had unsecured debts. Well as I pointed out I do owe my son £10 but as he owed me £8.50 we weren't going to worry about the outstanding £1.50 being unsecured. As they'd called a business line it was definitely a scam when they couldn't give me company details. Sam and his Manager Paul - well that's what they called themselves I suspect are from the Philippines or Malaysia just routing calls through a London number (they said Manchester - hmmm). I kept them on the line as long as possible, just to waste their money. Sam put his boss Paul on and he got abusive calling me a "girl" - well that's not really abusive is it. Suggest report the call. Hopefully it'll get stopped. Unknown Negative
